Gail Fuller has over 24 years experience in the local property market in both sales and property management. Having sold hundreds of properties over that period, and owning large management divisions in both permanent and holiday rentals, Gail has solid accurate information covering all sectors of the market place.

She is passionate about the community and contributes on many boards and teams supporting the local organisations and groups. Gail’s foundation is based on strong ethics, transparency, steadiness and truth.

She also offers advice in property styling and presentation. Over her career she has styled and renovated many properties for clients to the value of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Scot Fuller

Scot Fuller grew up in Byron Bay and comes from a family with a long history in the real estate industry. Ask Scot why he embraced the family business and he says: “All my life I’ve seen firsthand what a difference a superior real estate agent makes; the true agents serve their clients best interests and genuinely care about helping people.”

Scot is a Licensed agent and having previously worked in the holiday and permanent rental departments managing large portfolios he has a strong knowledge base in management and negotiating with tenants.

With this combined background, he brings a balanced understanding to the sales division, supporting clients and providing transparency especially for investment purchases.

Selling property is his passion and along the with care, consideration and attention to detail he naturally lives by, translates to superior results for his clients.

Jill Egroff comes from a background of Executive Personal Assisting for businesses and private elite families spanning the last 5 years in Australia. She managed several high end renovation projects and sales for various properties around Brisbane. With this experience, Jill presents to be very organised and skilled at coordinating numerous tasks.

In a natural career progression, Jill has found her passion in property and real estate. She has a keen desire to support people finding a home that best suits their needs and lifestyle while understanding how important a stable foundation and home can be. Originally from Canada, she has obtained permanent residency and has made the Northern Rivers her permanent home as it suits her lifestyle with interests of health and wellbeing.

Jill’s organisation and focus ensures a smooth process for all clients and guests holidaying in the area. Her professionalism and in-depth knowledge of people instils confidence in her clients and this, combined with the positive energy she brings, results to both satisfied clients and tenants.

Anna Januszko has a multicultural background of working and living in Australia, United Kingdom, Europe and America, bringing excellent adaptability and interpersonal skills. Her background experience in Australia has incorporated client service management for large corporations. She enjoys building positive relationships while providing high quality service to meet the needs of both clients and guests.

Working in the holiday industry, Anna recognises the importance of operating on the client’s needs with disciplined and organised planning.

Passionate about travel and meeting new people, she enjoys building positive relationships and embracing Byron’s local region.
